Completed in April 2023, this experience provided me with the opportunity to highlight Alesha's career path and showcase her passion for her work. As someone I've interned for and who has been a mentor in my life, it was inspiring to see her dedication and success firsthand. Through this feature, I learned the importance of storytelling and the impact it can have on readers.

Completed in February 2023, this article was part of the Black History Month celebration. Chief Nate Tarver has an incredible career path and a wealth of experience, so it was an honor to tell his story. Through this experience, I learned the importance of recognizing and celebrating the achievements of individuals like Chief Tarver, whose contributions have had a significant impact on their communities.
